JLIS vol 19 issue 1. Gogarty & Hagger,

The Laws of Man Over Vehicles Unmanned. This article provides an overview of the technological developments which have led to the roboticisation of military and civilian vehicle fleets. As a precis it is designed to inform the expert commentaries in the special edition. Articles in the special edition should therefore be read against this background document.

The UNGA Report

Interim report of the Special Rapporteur of the Human Rights Council on extrajudicial, summary or arbitrary executions, Philip Alston, submitted in accordance with Assembly resolution 63/182

Professor Philip Alston, Special Rapporteur to the United Nations General Assembly on Targeted Killings will provide our lead article in the print volume.

Professor Alston will be basing his commentary on pp 10-22 of his recent report to the UNGA, which was also provided to expert commentators.
