The JLIS is the premiere sci-tech law journal in the Southern-Hemisphere, with a legacy of three decades of publishing scholarly works about the legal implications of novel science and technology. Back issues of the journal may be found on AustLII, InformIT and HeinOnline,and current papers are available free of charge on the JLIS website.

To expedite the process you should forward an Intent to Submit letter to firstname.lastname@example.org including abstract, title and keywords for your proposed paper. This will allow us to secure peer reviewers in advance to expedite the process.
